All exhibitors must register in the show office, located to the rear of the Mount Gretna Post Office, prior to setting up their display. Upon registration, ID badges will be issued to the exhibitors and their staff members. Each exhibitor receives an Art Show T-Shirt. Registration hours are Friday, August 18 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, August 19 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Exhibitors are strongly advised to set up as much of their display on Friday as possible.
Artwork must remain on display until show closing. Please dismantle the display prior to bringing vehicles onto the show grounds as this reduces congestion on vehicle pathways and expedites the exit process for exhibitors.
Exhibitors are encouraged to park along route 117, however, space is limited. A portion of Soldiers' Field (off Timber Road) is reserved for exhibitors. Only food vendors are permitted to park in the food court area. All vehicles must be removed from the show grounds by 8:30 AM on Saturday.
The show awards "Judges' Choice Awards" in both fine art and craft categories. Cash awards totaling $2,500 will be made to the "Top Ten." A total of thirty artists will be invited to return the following year without undergoing the jury process.
The show's Emerging Artists program is open
to 10 motivated and committed artists with little show experience. It provides
an opportunity to promote your work, meet with the public, and get feedback
from other artists. There are no fees to participate. All that qualify will
be given a FREE 10' x 10' space in this year's show. Application deadline
